Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment and Stall Allocation:
    • Full payment must be made prior to the event to secure a stall. Online booking and diverting to payment page is available here. Failure to make payment in advance may result in the Management denying stallholder permission to set up a stall.
    • Stalls will be allocated by the Stalls Manager before 9:30 am on the event day.
  2. Stall Allocation Policy:
    • We reserve the right to refuse any order. A maximum of two stalls per category is strictly enforced, and stalls are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  3. Stall Location and Additional Tables:
    • Stallholders are not permitted to change their location or take additional tables without prior authorization from the Stalls Manager. Unauthorized changes may result in exclusion from the event.
  4. Compliance and Management Rights:
    • Management reserves the right to have stallholders withdraw items that conflict with the UKIM’s charter (available on the UKIM website), are deemed inappropriate, or were undeclared before booking. In certain circumstances, Management may terminate this agreement and remove a stallholder from the conference without assigning any reason and no refund will be given.
  5. Setup Timing:
    • Stalls may be set up starting at 9:00 am on the event day and must be fully set up by 10:30 am. The event will open to the public at 11:00 am, and Management aims to avoid any disruption during this period.
  6. Refund Policy:
    • All payments are non-refundable unless the event or stall is canceled.
